Erin Compher
Hi, I'm Erin; I am a certified Master Dog Trainer and the Owner of Independent K-9 L.L.C. I have been training dogs for nearly 10 years and have trained dogs for Search and Rescue, AKC Obedience, Schutzhund, and Specific Odor Detection. I have worked with and rehabilitated dogs that have serious behavioral issues such as human aggression, dog aggression and anxiety.
I attended the Tom Rose School for Professional Dog Trainers in High Ridge, Missouri and graduated from their Professional and Masters course. Some of the areas that I have received training in are:

In 2013, I Co-Founded PurposeFULL Paws with Founder Amy White. PurposeFull Paws is a non-profit service dog corporation that trains and places service dogs with individuals who need service dogs. Check Them Out Here!
One thing about dog training is that you never stop learning, new theories and methods are developed every day. I have continued my education by attending seminars/workshops and by training with some great trainers. I love competing with my dogs and have competed and trained dogs in AKC Obedience, Schutzhund, and French Ring.
